MEDITATION COURSE

When I was at my most vulnerable and my mind was at its worst, I knew I had to do something to slow it down and stop the damaging and brain-changing chatter.

This meditation course by Tom Cronin was just what I needed.  Quick and simple, I could do it around the kids sleep-times. And best of all it was all online, so I didn’t need to go anywhere. I still do this meditation every single day for that deep calm injection every mother needs.
