I believe that the sharing of information, experiences, stories, tools and techniques is so important during pregnancy and motherhood. It makes our journey a little less lonely and daunting because we know what to expect, that we are not alone, or learn how someone else has handled it.That’s why I created The Tough Mothers Podcast (not 100% certain what it will be called yet).

I have the pleasure of having interviewed some amazing people – mothers, fathers, experts and medical specialists – and I am looking forward to sharing their wisdom with you.

*I write postnatal instead of postpartum and mum instead of mom because I’m Australian (pure-bred German but Australian citizen). It is also the reason for my dry humour (humor).
